John Brush

John Brush joined Santee Cooper as a Public Relations Specialist in July of 2023 after spending the previous 20+ years working in college athletics communications. As an athletic administrator, John helped promote several athletes to national recognition and has worked with athletes who have gone on to play in Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Football League (NFL), the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). He grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in communication. He resides in Summerville with his wife, Erin, and daughter, and still gets his fix of sports at every opportunity he can.
